Is your software compliant with e-invoicing?

Since 1 January 2026, Belgian VAT-registered businesses must exchange structured electronic invoices over the Peppol network. FPS Finance publishes the list of connected software as a spreadsheet, with no order and no filters. Here it is, searchable.

Tick what you need. The official list narrows as you go. No ranking, no recommendation: the order stays alphabetical.

What do you need?

If you invoice businesses, sending is mandatory. Receiving almost always is, even if you only invoice private customers.

What this list says, and what it does not

It says that an application declares itself able to send, receive or process structured invoices, and in which languages its interface exists. It says nothing about price, nothing about quality, nothing about the size of business it targets. Vendors register themselves and answer for the accuracy of their entries; FPS Finance states that inclusion "does not constitute a qualitative assessment or a certification", and that the list is not exhaustive.

We have tested none of these applications and recommend none of them. The display order is alphabetical.

Looking for what it will actually cost you?

The advertised monthly price tells you nothing until you know your volume. Our Peppol invoicing cost comparator works out the annual cost and the cost per document for each vendor that publishes a public price, based on your document volume and VAT status.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a list of certified software?

No, and FPS Finance says so plainly: inclusion on the list "does not constitute a substantive assessment, a qualitative assessment or a certification". Vendors register themselves and are responsible for the accuracy of their own entries. The list is not exhaustive either.

My software is not listed, what should I do?

Ask your vendor whether a Peppol connection is planned, and when. Software can be compliant without appearing here: registration is up to the vendor, and FPS Finance states that the list is not exhaustive. Conversely, a listed application may be able to send invoices without being able to receive them: check both columns.

Can I keep my current software?

Often yes. The administration deliberately pushed businesses to connect their existing software to the network rather than replace it, which is why the list is so long. Start by searching for its name in the filter above.

How often is this list updated?

FPS Finance adds applications to it every week. Our copy was imported on 31 August 2026 and is only refreshed when we import it again: before concluding that a piece of software is missing, check the official file, linked at the bottom of this page.
